Usage Guide

• Download the 3 files
• Open the .AI file in Adobe Illustrator and make the desired changes. (Color, contact details, logo, etc.) Remember to match your branding standards/guidelines.
• Once done, export the file as a PNG. (With a transparent background)
• Open the MS Word Document
• Double click the existing image (letterhead) to highlight
• Right click the highlighted image (letterhead) and select change picture > from a file
• From the popup window, choose the edited PNG image of your letterhead and it'll automatically replace the existing letterhead template.

Bonus Tip

The letterhead will appear faded when editing inside MS Word. To get a print preview (how it'll look when printed) use this shortcut: ctrl/command + p.
